Wanna know more about me?
"...I often painted fragments of things because it seemed to make my statement as well as or better than the whole could...
I had to create an equivalent for what I felt about what I was looking at...not copy it."."
Georgia O'Keeffe
Although Santa Fe is visited by millions of people every year, the old downtown around the plaza has never evolved in the typical touristtrap that most cities would become if they were this popular. The old town still has it's charm and preserved it's local smalltown favor.

On the north of the old town, crossing the riverbed lies an old railway station, wich
is really a photographer’s dream! The side facing Guadalupe Street is renovated, but if you wander beyond these facades of popular restaurants and antique galleries you'll find an old train graveyard. Most of them are waiting to be renovated by volunteers and some of them are still running.

The surrounding buildings also have a beautiful way of decaying. But you really have to zoom in on the details to get some great shots. Early morning and late afternoon are the best times for shots because they have the best light, although you’ll want to come back, because some of the subjects maybe in the shade.
